The Holy Spirit is to be the Master Teacher of every follower of Jesus Christ. As the under-shepherd of the church family, the Holy Spirit helps me to understand the truths of Scripture in order that I may be able to do the work of the ministry.

People are more important than projects of the church. The Body of Christ is made up of God’s people that need a shepherd’s love, care, and ministry. This is done in a variety of ways as individuals have afflictions, death of loved ones, spiritual needs, and family needs. It is the job of the pastor and the church family to minister to those in the church.It is God’s desire that believers reach the world for Christ and share His offer of eternal salvation.

My function as a pastor is to build up the members the Body of Christ in discipleship or group settings, as well as in the worship services. The result is that God is taking and “growing up” believers in their personal faith and helping them to become servants of the living God. In this manner, we learn to depend upon Him for every need in our lives and expand our horizons to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.
